Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Senior Director of Governance, PMO & Business Performance to lead enterprise governance, portfolio performance management, and strategic execution across CBRE Government & Defense Services.

This senior leader will shape the governance framework, drive executive visibility into performance, and oversee the PMO, risk management, and strategic initiatives. The role partners with contracts, finance, compliance, operations, and business development to ensure regulatory

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
Master's degree preferred in Business Administration, Public Administration, Finance, Project Management, or related field.
Minimum 10+ years of progressive leadership within Government Contracting, federal services, defense contracting, or similarly regulated industry.
Experience leading PMOs, governance organizations, or enterprise performance programs.
PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Establish and lead the governance framework for the CBRE Government & Defense Services business, including executive operating reviews and strategic planning forums.
Design governance processes that provide leadership visibility into operational performance, contract execution, financials, compliance, and risks.
Develop executive dashboards, scorecards, reporting packages, and governance metrics for informed decisions.
Lead the Government & Defense Services PMO and standardize program execution across the portfolio.
Drive portfolio management processes for schedule, cost, resources, performance, and risk oversight.
Promote continuous improvement and operational excellence across the organization.
