Qualifications

• 7–12+ years of progressive finance experience.
• 3+ years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Experience supporting government contracting and/or outsourced facilities management.
• CPA or CMA preferable; Microsoft/financial systems certifications welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial leadership and strategic support to CSS operations.
• Lead annual operating plans, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
• Oversee FP&A, reporting, and analytics to drive profitability and growth.
• Manage accounting oversight for AP/GL close and internal controls.
• Partner with cross-functional teams and present to senior leadership.
