Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred; 8–10 years of relevant experience.
• PgMP or PMP certifications preferred.
• Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring and rewarding performance.
• Innovative problem-solving with broad business impact.
• Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees and conduct performance evaluations.
• Coordinate and manage daily activities; set schedules and deadlines; cross-train staff.
• Oversee large cross-functional programs from end to end using formal PM processes.
• Ensure schedules are met and escalate issues to keep programs on track.
• Manage internal and external relationships to support programs.
• Develop solutions with stakeholders and guide project teams through delivery.
• Create and distribute PMO status reports and updated Gantt charts.
