Job summary

Corporate Environmental Risk Management, LLC is seeking a PMO Leader to establish and oversee the Project Management Office for engineering projects across the organization. You will standardize methodologies, tools, and processes, coordinate cross-functional teams, and govern portfolios to optimize resources and mitigate risk.

You will report to executive leadership and guide project managers and stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with high quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in construction/engineering/business disciplines.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive project management experience in construction.
• Proven experience leading a PMO or multiple large-scale engineering projects.
• Strong knowledge of project lifecycle: planning, scope, scheduling, budgeting, risk, and closeout.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Supervisory experience is required.
• Ability to communicate project status, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain PM frameworks, standards, and best practices for construction projects.
• Lead and mentor project managers and coordinators to ensure consistent PM principles.
• Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of multiple construction projects aligned with business objectives and regulatory standards.
• Manage portfolio reporting, including progress tracking, risk assessment, and resource management.
• Supervise employees as needed.
• Coordinate with finance and procurement to monitor budgets and vendor performance.
• Foster collaboration among teams and external partners to resolve issues and drive success.
• Continuously improve project performance metrics and processes.
