Job summary

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in large-scale technical program management or operations within complex tech environments.
• 5+ years leading managers and distributed teams, preferably in cloud/software sectors.
• Proven track record transforming or running a PMO in fast-paced multi-product orgs.
• Deep expertise in governance, portfolio prioritization, risk management, and executive reporting.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle, agile methodologies, and cloud delivery practices.
• Proficiency with PMO tools (JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet) and related reporting platforms.
• Ability to influence senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize PMO governance, operating rhythms, and executive reporting.
• Oversee lifecycle management of products from conception to end-of-life with phase-gate discipline.
• Partner with engineering, product, sales, support, and supply chain to align priorities and manage dependencies.
• Develop executive dashboards and analytics for clear visibility into project health and outcomes.
• Drive continuous process improvements in dependency management and escalation procedures.
• Represent PMO in cross-functional planning forums and manage commitments and timelines.
• Lead, develop, and mentor a global team fostering execution, transparency, and customer focus.
