Qualifications

• 5+ years IT PMO experience required.
• Bachelor's degree in technology, finance, business, or equivalent.
• PM governance certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) preferred / PMI certification required or equivalent.
• Strong project governance and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient with MS Project, MS Office, and MS Visio.
• Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
• Experience coordinating multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of projects through the Product Development process.
• Handle up to 20 simple to moderate projects annually.
• Define KPIs and create regular variance reports.
• Negotiate resources with Engineering Resource Managers.
• Ensure compliance with corporate and public regulations.
• Perform data analysis relevant to project tasks.
• Review resource demand and allocation for projects.
• Schedule and lead project review meetings.
• Escalate complex issues to senior PMO colleagues.
• Maintain ownership of the project schedule.
• Communicate status, variances, and mitigation options.
• Identify process improvements and implement changes.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
