Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Design Management, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in project or program management within a creative, marketing, or content development environment.
• Experience managing complex creative workflows from intake to execution.
• Proficiency in project management tools; strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Experience working across cross-functional teams and creative agencies.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned portfolio of creative and content development projects from intake through delivery within established priorities and processes, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Support DTC, digital shelf, packaging, and integrated campaign asset development across digital and print channels.
• Oversee intake, scoping, scheduling, and project planning across multiple teams and timelines, and support resourcing decisions made by the creative manager.
• Maintain and optimize Workfront project data, timelines, and reporting accuracy.
• Collaborate with Coordinators to support quality control and consistency in project deliverable deployment.
