• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel 15%.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end product sample logistics for campaigns and events.
• Lead cross-functional meetings to align milestones and deadlines.
• Support brand influencer campaigns and monitor performance.
• Coordinate event marketing operations and booth readiness.
• Provide backup coverage and lead special projects for process improvement.
