Job summary

Manhattan is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to shape messaging and go-to-market for ActiveOrder, a cloud-native order management and omnichannel platform. You will translate complex order orchestration into business value, partnering with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to drive adoption across retail, wholesale, DTC, and B2B verticals.

You will develop positioning, enablement materials, and thought leadership content, and act as a spokesperson for analyst relations and customer

Qualifications

• 7+ years of B2B or SaaS product marketing experience, with at least 4 years marketing order management, unified commerce, or enterprise omnichannel software.
• Deep understanding of order management and omnichannel commerce including distributed order orchestration, available-to-promise, and store fulfillment.
• Experience marketing to senior digital commerce and operations executives at $500M+ enterprise accounts.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication with proven cross-functional GTM leadership.

Responsibilities

• Evolve messaging for ActiveOrder and craft differentiating positioning across OMS, POS, and WMS.
• Develop go-to-market plans for new OMS capabilities and industry solutions.
• Create enablement materials for Sales, CS, and Partners including decks, FAQs, and ROI calculators.
• Collaborate with Product, Programs, and Corporate Communications on content and launches.
• Represent Manhattan in analyst relations and customer-focused events; drive thought leadership content.
