Job summary

Accrescent Group seeks a Senior Manhattan MAO Engineer to design and implement custom extensions on Manhattan OMS/MAO, integrating with DOM, EOM, and ATC SCI while guiding technical delivery across the order management stack.

You will collaborate with business teams, drive scalable architectures, and mentor developers to ensure performance, reliability, and seamless ERP/WMS integrations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Manhattan DOM, EOM, ATC, and SCI.
• Strong knowledge of MAO and custom extension development on Manhattan OMS/MAO.
• Proficiency in Java, SQL, REST APIs, and JSON.
• Deep understanding of supply chain, fulfillment, and order orchestration.
• Proven experience in system architecture, integration design, and scalability.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall SDLC methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with payment processing, fraud, tax, warehouse management, and ERP integrations.

Responsibilities

Job description

We're seeking a Senior Manhattan MAO Engineer with deep expertise in Manhattan Active Order Management (MAO) and Order Management Systems (OMS). The role requires hands-on experience designing and implementing custom extensions on Manhattan OMS and MAO, along with integrating them with distributed order management, supply chain intelligence, and fulfillment operations.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities Manhattan OMS & MAO Implementation:

• Design, develop, and maintain custom extensions on Manhattan Active Order Management (MAO) and OMS.
• Configure and manage Distributed Order Management (DOM), Enterprise Order Management (EOM), and Available to Commerce (ATC) functionalities.
• Implement and fine-tune supply chain intelligence and order fulfillment workflows.

Integration & Custom Development:

• Build custom extensions and enhancements to adapt Manhattan OMS to unique business requirements.
• Integrate Manhattan OMS with payment processing, fraud detection, tax systems, warehouse management, and ERP platforms.
• Develop and optimize REST API integrations to enhance system performance.

Data & Reporting:

• Configure SCI (Supply Chain Intelligence) reporting and develop custom reports & dashboards.
• Work with SQL, JSON, and Java to manage order-related data across the ecosystem.

Solution Architecture & Leadership:

• Provide technical leadership in architecting and integrating Manhattan OMS solutions.
• Guide development teams on best practices for customization, performance optimization, and scalability.
• Collaborate with business teams to translate order management and supply chain needs into technical solutions.
