Job summary

Manhattan Associates is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to translate complex order orchestration and omnichannel capabilities into clear business value. You will craft messaging for ActiveOrder, align it with the broader unified commerce platform, and partner with Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to accelerate adoption.

You will define launch plans, develop enablement assets, and generate content—from blogs to white papers and webinars—that resonate with digital commerce

Qualifications

• 7+ years of B2B or SaaS product marketing experience with order management, unified commerce, or enterprise omnichannel software.
• Deep understanding of order management, including OMS, real-time promising, store fulfillment, returns and exchanges.
• Experience marketing to senior digital commerce and operations executives at enterprise accounts.

Responsibilities

• Develop messaging for ActiveOrder and connect it to Manhattan's unified commerce platform.
• Lead go-to-market planning for new OMS capabilities and modules.
• Create enablement assets and content (blogs, white papers, webinars) for sales, customer success, and partners.
