Job summary

Salesforce seeks an experienced PMM to own the website messaging and content strategy for Slack integration, guiding pages from announcement to availability with a strong emphasis on SEO and user engagement.

You will lead cross-functional teams across design, engineering, and GTM, ensuring messaging integrity and high-quality content while leveraging AI tools to optimize workflows and performance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product marketing experience at a B2B SaaS company
• Experience owning positioning and messaging in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
• Experience with web strategy, content architecture, or digital marketing
• Strong cross-functional instincts across web, design, engineering, and GTM teams
• Genuine comfort with AI tools and automated workflows

Responsibilities

• Own the messaging architecture across the Slack website — defining what we say, how we say it, and ensuring every page reflects approved positioning
• Lead web strategy for Tier 1 product launches: narrative arc, page structure, and content sequencing from announcement through availability
• Make prioritization calls on pages to refresh and sequencing content across the release calendar
• Be the editorial gatekeeper — reviewing copy before it goes live and maintaining messaging integrity
• Partner with SEO, Design, and Engineering to translate PMM decisions into page-level execution with clear briefs and feedback
• Drive performance with web/SEO teams by linking messaging to engagement and conversion
• Build and manage AI-enabled workflows for content auditing, copy drafting, and performance monitoring
• Lead PMM strategy for Salesforce.com/Slack integration and cross-cloud web merchandising
