Job summary

Scanner is building a Security Data Lake that enables teams to search and detect across petabytes of data in seconds, with instant answers and secure data custody. We are a 11-person, remote-friendly team backed by top investors, expanding from security teams to infrastructure, DevOps, and SREs.

As the marketing leader, you will own narrative, campaigns, launches, and sales enablement while shaping trusted relationships with customers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience marketing security, infrastructure, or technical B2B products.
• Senior IC mentality; own positioning, narratives, launches and pipeline-impacting assets.
• Fluent across GTM levers: positioning, content, enablement, and competitive insights.
• Sales-first mindset; build collateral that gets used and measure enablement by win-rate.
• Bias to ship: rapid testing, clear reporting, and proactive stakeholder communication.
• Ability to work directly with founders to shape GTM strategy and execute experiments.

Responsibilities

• Own product positioning and messaging across website, blog, decks, and assets.
• Lead content production: one-pagers, case studies, landing pages, launch copy.
• Drive executive storytelling and social amplification for leaders.
• Support events and field marketing; define messaging for each conference or launch.
• Collaborate on sales enablement: decks, battlecards, and training materials.
• Lead market, persona, and competitive research to refine ICPs.
