Job summary

Legora is hiring a Senior PMM, Pricing & Packaging to own how Legora prices and packages the Legora aOS platform. You’ll translate vertical legal value into commercial structures that buyers understand and sales can sell.

Pricing must reflect value across in-house teams and law firms, not a one-size-fits-all approach. The ideal candidate has spent a decade in pricing or monetization at high-growth enterprise SaaS or AI companies, with ability to build pricing models and persuasive one-pagers for

Qualifications

• 6–8+ years in product marketing, pricing, or monetization roles with pricing/packaging ownership
• Deep experience pricing AI, SaaS, or workflow products for enterprise buyers
• Comfort moving between pricing analytics and persuasive writing for sales/buyers
• Track record shipping pricing/packaging changes with commercial impact
• Ability to partner with Finance and Sales leadership without losing buyer focus
• Exceptional writing; defend every word you’ve written in pricing context
• Based in or willing to relocate to Stockholm, London, or New York City

Responsibilities

• Pricing strategy: Own pricing architecture across segments ensuring price reflects value
• Packaging architecture: Design how capabilities are bundled into buyer-friendly packages
• New product monetization: Define pricing for new product lines in lockstep with builders
• Market intelligence: Collaborate on win-loss and pricing analysis to stay sharp
• Sales enablement: Build guidance, playbooks, and deal desks for pricing
• Cross-functional alignment: Align with Finance, Sales, RevOps, and Product leadership
• Buyer research: Conduct willingness-to-pay studies across buyers to ground pricing
