Legora is hiring a Senior PMM, Pricing & Packaging to own how Legora prices and packages the Legora aOS platform for buyers who evaluate it. Pricing reflects value, avoiding a seat-based pricing trap, with a focus on legal teams and firms.

The ideal candidate has 6–8+ years in pricing, packaging, or monetization at high-growth enterprise SaaS or AI companies, and can partner with GTM, Finance, and Product without pulling pricing in conflicting directions.

Qualifications

• 6–8+ years in product marketing, pricing, or monetization roles.
• Experience pricing AI, SaaS, or workflow products for enterprise buyers.
• Comfortable moving between pricing models and persuasive writing.
• Track record shipping pricing or packaging changes.
• Ability to partner with Finance and Sales leadership.
• Exceptional writing; defend every word.
• Operates effectively in ambiguous environments.
• Based in or willing to relocate to New York City, Stockholm, or London.

Responsabilités

• Pricing strategy: Own Legora's pricing architecture across segments — in-house legal teams and law firms.
• Packaging architecture: Design and evolve how Legora capabilities are bundled into packages.
• New product monetization: Define pricing and packaging for product lines as they launch.
• Market & competitive intelligence: Collaborate on win-loss and competitive pricing analysis.
• Sales enablement: Build guidance, talk tracks, battlecards, and deal-desk tools.
• Cross-functional alignment: Partner with Finance, Sales, RevOps, and Product leadership.
• Buyer research: Run willingness-to-pay studies across buyers.
