Job summary

BILL is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager for Payments (Remote-Eligible) in the United States. You will own GTM strategy and messaging for BILL's payments portfolio, including virtual cards, remittance, and supplier solutions, collaborating with Product, Sales, and Marketing to drive adoption and revenue.

You will lead market research, competitive analysis, and customer advocacy, shaping differentiation and go-to-market launches.

Qualifications

5+ years in Product Marketing (Senior PMM level) with B2B SaaS/fintech focus.
Proven launches of products/features with clear positioning and GTM strategies.
Experience in market research, competitive analysis, and segmentation.
Strong written/verbal communication and cross-functional influence.
Ability to lead end-to-end GTM programs in matrixed environments.

Responsibilities

Drive GTM strategies that meet business goals and translate insights into plans.
Develop deep product expertise and partner with Product on roadmap and features.
Act as customer champion, turning journeys into resonant messaging.
Lead audience segmentation, positioning, and product narratives for all GTM efforts.
Own GTM leadership, align stakeholders, secure resources and launches.
Manage end-to-end projects across matrixed teams for timely execution.
Collaborate with Sales to deliver enablement content and tools to drive adoption.
