Job summary

LeapXpert is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to own positioning, launches, and enablement for a Governed Communication Intelligence platform. You will translate complex compliance, security, and AI capabilities into clear stories for compliance, IT, risk, and front-office buyers.

You’ll sit at the center of Product, Sales, and Marketing, turning customer insights into differentiated messaging, equipping the field to win, and leading launches with a fast release cadence across US

Qualifications

• 7+ years of B2B product marketing experience.
• Owns launches end-to-end with measurable impact.
• Ability to explain APIs and AI to varied stakeholders.
• Strong writing and storytelling.
• Portfolio of messaging and launches.
• Experience building sales enablement.
• Cross-functional influence across Product, Sales, Marketing.
• Data-driven with marketing analytics tools.
• Willing to work across US time zones.
• Fluent with AI tools in workflow.

Responsibilities

• Enable sales to win.
• Build the sales toolkit: decks, battlecards, solution briefs, demo narratives, ROI calculators and objection-handling guides.
• Train Sales, SDRs, and Customer Success on messaging, competitors, and new releases.
• Provide core messaging and reusable launch assets that Channel Marketing adapts into partner campaigns and enablement.
• Support strategic deals and executive briefings with tailored content.
• Positioning and messaging for products and initiatives you lead.
• GTM and product launches and releases through the NPI process.
• Work with Product and Engineering across time zones and read specs/verify shipped features.
• Partner with Product Management on roadmap priorities, pricing and packaging input.
• Measure launch impact on adoption, pipeline, and win rates, and iterate.
• Drive market and customer insight; own competitive intelligence.
• Run win/loss analysis and customer interviews; feed insights back to Product, Sales, leadership.
• Support analyst relations and customer references.
