Job summary

BMS Performance Ltd. in New York is seeking the first dedicated Senior Product Marketing Manager to shape launches, positioning and proofs of value for an enterprise AI platform serving financial services, insurance and commercial real estate.

You will own the product story, work directly with the CEO, and build a repeatable launch engine that turns every release into a market event, with stock options and a strong equity package as part of the package.

Qualifications

• AI fluency: use AI tools daily and understand model basics.
• Experience marketing complex software to enterprise buyers with long sales cycles.
• Track record of launching products and scaling go-to-market in AI startups.
• Strong ability to explain a complex product simply.
• Experience growing a company from $0 to $10M ARR and beyond in AI.
• Exposure to regulated markets (financial services, insurance, CRE) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Repackaging, renaming and relaunching existing products so the platform tells one clear story.
• A repeatable launch engine that keeps pace with releases every few weeks.
• Use-case content for each industry, plus demos, walkthroughs and short product videos.
• Customer case studies and proof points.
• Value propositions for buyers from COOs/CFOs to underwriters who use the product.
• Sales enablement: pitch material, battlecards and self-serve AI templates.
