Job summary

Pushpay Holdings Limited is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager focused on Giving to own go-to-market strategy and launch planning for a 14‑month initiative. You will craft messaging, enablement, and market activation for Cashgiving solutions, collaborating with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to drive adoption and revenue.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product marketing or closely related B2B SaaS marketing experience.
• Experience owning GTM strategy and launches for complex software with measurable impact.
• Experience in payments, fintech, commerce, fundraising, or transaction-based SaaS strongly preferred.
• BA/BS in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned product launches and strategic GTM initiatives end to end, from positioning and audience strategy through activation, enablement, adoption, and measurement.
• Develop differentiated positioning, messaging, value propositions, and product narratives grounded in customer, market, and competitive insights.
• Translate product capabilities into customer-value stories that connect to Pushpay’s Giving platform narrative.
• Partner with Growth Marketing, Segment Marketing, and Creative to coordinate activation across demand gen, in-product, email, social, and content channels.
• Equip Sales and Customer Success with messaging, talk tracks, demos, and competitive guidance.
• Own competitive intelligence: conduct ongoing research and win/loss analysis, and maintain battle cards used across teams.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success on competitive, upsell, and cross-sell campaigns.
• Lead major events, product partnerships and adoption campaigns as PMM lead.
• Define success measures and use data to continuously improve GTM execution.
