Job summary

Tithe.ly is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Financial Stewardship to own our financial platform growth beyond giving, aligning with churches’ financial needs. You will drive discovery, strategy, and the 0-to-1 creation of new financial services within our SaaS offering.

The role requires hands-on experience bringing financial capabilities from concept to launch, partnering with cross-functional teams, and delivering measurable outcomes for churches and communities.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
• Experience developing and launching financial products or financial services.
• Proven ability to take a product from 0-to-1 through launch and iteration.
• Experience overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Build understanding of the financial services landscape for churches (Accounting, Payroll, Spend management, etc.).
• Identify opportunities using customer insights, market research, and data.
• Lead discovery, define problems, and plan Build-vs-Buy or partnerships.
• Translate opportunities into strategy, roadmap, and Jira Epics.
• Lead 0-to-1 products from discovery to launch and iteration.
• Define KPIs and track success with data and feedback.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, CX, Finance, Legal, and others to bring products to market.
• Communicate strategy, priorities, and progress to stakeholders, including senior leadership.
• Stay current on financial services developments relevant to churches.
