Job summary

Remarcable, Inc. is hiring a Senior Product Marketing Manager to be on the core team for a new go-to-market.

You will decide target distributors, craft problem-led messaging, and shape pricing and packaging while working closely with product, engineering, sales, supplier success, and distributor customers. You will own the launch plans, beta programs, and early access, and write a significant portion of the positioning and storytelling for distributor products.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS or a technical product.
• At least one product you helped take from zero to one: early discovery, positioning, and first paying customers.
• Comfort with ambiguity and making clear calls when the path isn't written yet.
• Strong writing and speaking; explain complex workflows to a specific audience.
• Business-minded: discuss pricing, margins, and ROI with owners or CFOs.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Product, Sales, and leadership to plan and ship.
• Self-starter with solid PM and bias for action.
• Experience in wholesale distribution, electrical or plumbing supply, or construction is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct customer discovery with distributor owners, operations leaders, sales, and staff; relay insights to Product.
• Define ideal customer, buyer roles, and prioritize distributor segments.
• Write positioning and messaging for new distributor products, aligned with partner language.
• Shape pricing and packaging with leadership and validate with early customers.
• Plan and execute launches: beta/early-access, launch plans, and release storytelling.
• Partner with Sales on the first playbook: pitch, demos, objections, and discovery questions; enable reps.
• Turn early customers into proof with pilots, case studies, and measurable success metrics.
• Map the competitive landscape for distributor tech and show Remarcable's fit.
• Collaborate with partnerships and industry groups (NAED) to build presence.
• Travel at least 25% for distributor visits, trade shows, and internal events.
