Job summary

Remarcable is hiring a Senior Product Marketing Manager to shape the core go-to-market for distributors and contractors. You’ll define buyer personas, write product positioning, and partner with product, engineering, sales, and distributor customers to launch new distributor products.

You will lead pricing discussions, run beta programs, and develop sales plays with the team. Travel about a quarter of the time and help build a scalable, repeatable GTM approach.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B SaaS product marketing.
• Led at least one product from zero to first paying customers.
• Comfort with ambiguity and data-driven decision making.
• Strong writing and speaking for varied audiences.
• Ability to discuss pricing, margins, and ROI with leadership.
• Experience with wholesale distribution, electrical or plumbing supply, or construction is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct customer discovery with distributor owners, operations leaders, sales, and counter staff and translate findings to Product.
• Define target customers and buyer personas; prioritize distributors by size, trade, and current channels.
• Write positioning and messaging for distributor products from a blank page in partner language.
• Shape pricing and packaging with leadership and test with early customers.
• Plan and run launches: beta/early-access plans and release storytelling.
• Partner with Sales on the first playbook including pitch, demos, objections, and discovery questions.
• Turn early customers into proof with pilots, case studies, and measurable impact.
• Map the competitive field for distributor tech and show fit with our platform.
• Collaborate with partnerships and NAED to build distribution presence.
• Travel at least 25% for distributor visits, trade shows, and internal events.
