Qualifications

• Own positioning and messaging for an established software product used across personas.
• Strong writing and storytelling, adaptable tone for multiple formats like decks and web copy.
• Experience building ICP and persona frameworks that scale messaging across channels.
• Experience building sales enablement assets and collaborating with sales on objections.
• Autonomous individual contributor who ships assets directly.
• Demonstrated systems thinking with fast, confident execution in evolving environments.
• Proficient in using AI (Claude) to automate PMM workflows and keep foundations updated.
• Experience marketing AI or productivity software to a broad, cross-functional buyer base.

Responsibilities

• Define the story that gets millions of people to change how they work. Own and evolve the positioning and messaging for Chat, Cowork, and Claude.
• Give sellers the conviction to close by building and maintaining sales enablement assets (pitch decks, battlecards, objections).
• Equip buyers to justify the purchase decisions with proof points, comparisons, and narratives.
• Develop ICP and persona frameworks to translate a broad knowledge-worker base into resonant messaging.
• Own the website and product page messaging—the first encounter with Claude’s capabilities.
• Build libraries of top use cases by product and persona to create repeatable patterns.
• Partner with GTM, Marketing, and Partners to keep materials aligned and current.
• Claudify foundations with Claude and AI-native workflows to ensure trustworthy, up-to-date positioning.
• Contribute to plans, pricing, and analyst-relations materials as they intersect PMM work.
