Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a strategic communicator to own the Claude Platform's external narrative. You will work with Platform product and engineering teams, Product Marketing, and Developer Relations to shape announcements, updates, and developer-facing communications.

You will cultivate relationships with reporters and analysts covering AI platforms and enterprise software, helping leaders prepare for media appearances and public speaking moments while aligning messaging with product strategy.

Qualifications

Experience in communications, PR, or product marketing, including platform, API, or enterprise products.
Understanding of developer culture and enterprise buying, with good timing and tone judgment.
Journalist relations and media outreach skills across tech platforms.
High-agency, low-ego work style with bias to action.

Responsibilities

Own communications for the Claude Platform end to end, including releases and developer-facing news.
Build relationships with journalists, newsletter writers, and creators covering AI platforms.
Prepare Platform leaders to speak effectively for press, podcasts, and events.
Partner with Product and Engineering to align narratives with product strategy and feedback.
Coordinate across press, social, owned, and community channels by moment and need.
