Job summary

Anthropic, a leader in safety-focused AI, seeks a Senior Product Marketing Manager to own positioning for Claude’s knowledge-work products—Chat, Cowork, and more. You will craft the stories that explain value to buyers and users, and you’ll build repeatable PMM assets and playbooks.

This IC role emphasizes autonomous craft and deep collaboration across teams. You’ll shape ICPs, develop battlecards, and align website messaging with product strategies, ensuring a consistent, scalable go-to-market

Qualifications

• Proven experience owning positioning and messaging for an established software product
• Strong writing and storytelling skills across formats: pitches, web copy, decks
• Experience building ICP and persona frameworks for scalable messaging
• Experience creating sales enablement assets and partnering with sales on objections
• Able to write and ship assets autonomously as an IC
• Demonstrate systems thinking and fast, conviction-led work in evolving environments
• Familiar with using AI (Claude) to inform and automate PMM workflows and maintain current foundations

Responsibilities

• Define the story and positioning for Claude's knowledge-work products to reach millions of users
• Build and maintain sales enablement assets to help GTM teams win deals
• Develop proof points, comparisons, and narratives to justify adoption by economic buyers
• Create ICP and persona frameworks translating research into scalable messaging
• Own website and product page messaging to be the first encounter with Claude's capabilities
• Assemble playbooks with top use cases by product and persona for repeatable success
• Coordinate with GTM, Marketing, and Partners to keep materials consistent
• Implement AI-native systems to keep PMM foundations current and trusted
