Job summary

Birdeye is seeking a Senior Manager of Product & Customer Marketing in Palo Alto, CA to own the messaging system across decks, pages, pitches, and analyst calls. You will drive a unified narrative across four distinct rooms: board, sales, analysts, and customers, and lead the transition to an outcome-driven PMM structure.

You will also handle analyst and category work, briefing narratives and evaluation responses, and contribute to Birdeye View by aligning keynote content with the brand

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product marketing
• Enterprise B2B SaaS experience a strong plus
• Proven writing ability with concise, action-oriented prose
• Familiarity with agentic AI as a practitioner
• Comfort with numbers and ability to quantify claims

Responsibilities

• Own the messaging architecture across the organization
• Implement an outcome-aligned PMM model (Win AI Visibility, Book Appointments, Drive CX)
• Conduct analyst and category work to inform strategy
• Collaborate on Birdeye View keynote content and stage messaging
