Intapp is seeking a Sr. Product Marketing Manager for Compliance Solutions.

The role centers on leading the positioning and go-to-market for Intapp’s compliance offerings, primarily for law firms, while shaping solutions for accounting, consulting, and financial services firms. You will run launches, design enablement for sellers, and manage external narratives with a hybrid work setup across locations in Palo Alto, NYC, or Charlotte, NC.

Formación

• 4+ years in B2B product marketing, solutions marketing, or a related GTM role in enterprise SaaS, including a product area whose positioning and launches you owned independently.
• Risk and compliance domain expertise. Ability to explain why it matters to a risk buyer in professional/financial services firms.
• Exceptional writing and storytelling. Turn governed AI capability and a multi-product model into a clear risk buyer narrative.
• Launch leadership: owned complex or multi-product launches across product, sales, marketing, and post-sales.
• Data-driven: comfortable with GTM performance data, pipeline, win/loss, usage metrics, and turning data into recommendations.
• Seller EQ and empathy: built playbooks and battlecards that sellers adopted.
• Client empathy: engage with clients directly and incorporate feedback into the work.
• Influence without authority across Product, Pricing, Sales, and Marketing.

Responsabilidades

• Lead positioning and differentiation for Intapp’s compliance solutions and build outcome-led value propositions.
• Synthesize competitive landscape and advise sellers on differentiation and win strategies.
• Sharpen the governed AI narrative and prepare sellers to address governance questions.
• Design and execute multi-motion GTM plans across five product lines and contribute to pricing/packaging.
• Lead complex product launches across teams and develop reusable launch frameworks.
• Create enablement curricula and resources to credibly discuss risk in client conversations.
• Own external voice for risk and governed AI; manage analyst relations and press narratives.
• Design a measurement framework linking GTM activity to pipeline and revenue outcomes.
• Mentor peers and contribute to a culture of knowledge sharing.
