Job summary

Intapp is seeking a Sr. Product Marketing Manager for Compliance Solutions in a hybrid role based in Palo Alto, NYC, or Charlotte. You will own positioning, messaging, and launches for law firm–focused compliance products, while shaping cross-industry extensions for accounting and financial services.

This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director of Product Marketing. You’ll build differentiated narratives, enable sellers, and partner with product, pricing, and marketing to

Qualifications

• 4+ years in B2B product marketing or related GTM role in enterprise SaaS.
• Risk and compliance domain expertise needed; understand why it matters to professional services firms.
• Ability to converse with general counsels and COOs, not just sellers.
• Exceptional writing and storytelling to articulate governed AI and multi-product models.
• Experience leading complex or multi-product launches with reusable frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead positioning and differentiation for Intapp’s compliance solutions.
• Develop the positioning framework and persona narrative across the buying committee.
• Build outcome-led value propositions and test them with sellers and clients.
• Drive winning competitive stories and measure their impact with data.
• Design GTM strategy across five product lines and contribute to pricing/packaging.
• Orchestrate multi-product launches across teams and improve launch frameworks.
