Job summary

JobNimbus, based in Lehi, UT, seeks a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead GTM strategy, messaging, and launches for core product areas including AI products. You’ll drive awareness, adoption, and retention, serving Sales, CX, Product, and Marketing as the trusted go-to expert.

You’ll own positioning, build battlecards, test messaging with Sales, and tie initiatives to measurable outcomes like adoption and pipeline growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS.
• Proven track record owning GTM strategy, positioning, and launches end to end.
• Deep experience in market research and competitive analysis, including battlecards.
• Data driven, with experience collecting, merging, and analyzing data across multiple sources and connecting your work to business outcomes.
• AI fluent: you actively use AI tools in your workflow and are excited to bring AI products to market.
• A strong understanding of the sales process and a track record of partnering effectively with sales teams.
• Excellent storytelling and presenter for internal and external audiences, with strong written and verbal communication.
• Strong project management skills with multiple launches and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own positioning, messaging, enablement, and adoption for your product area, and become the go-to expert on its value, use cases, and customers.
• Lead product and feature launches from strategy through execution, setting success metrics and post-launch reviews.
• Own the go-to-market and adoption of our new AI products, translating new capabilities into clear value for contractors.
• Build, test, and refine messaging frameworks that resonate with roofing contractors and align with company positioning.
• Drive awareness and usage of features that matter most for retention using in-app, email, and sales touchpoints.
• Partner with Lifecycle and CX on customer journey flows to match adoption expectations.
• Be the expert on our competitive landscape and translate intel into battlecards and roadmap input.
• Test messaging and enablement with Sales and iterate based on win rate data.
• Tie major initiatives to measurable outcomes like adoption, retention, win rate, and pipeline; report results clearly.
• Use AI daily to speed up research, competitive monitoring, messaging testing, and content creation.
