Job summary

Encord is hiring a Product Marketing Manager to lead messaging for the Encord Platform and to drive how we present our products to enterprise customers. You’ll own end-to-end messaging, work with product and engineering, and enable sales with compelling content that resonates with AI/ML engineers and executives.

You will craft platform-wide messaging, develop customer stories, and collaborate across teams to sharpen our product portfolio positioning for our ICPs.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in product marketing for enterprise software.
• Experience messaging for AI/Data platform products.
• Strong writing skills for technical audiences.
• Ability to collaborate with sales, growth marketing, and product teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the messaging for Encord platform and platform-wide capabilities.
• Amplify platform-level messaging across the Encord website and channels.
• Build and deliver sales enablement with high CSAT scores with field teams.
• Be the expert in platform-specific messaging for campaigns and events; enable GTM teams with content.
• Deliver customer stories highlighting Encord platform capabilities and value.
• Develop value proposition and messaging frameworks aligned to target audiences.
