Job summary

Encord is seeking a Product Lead to own a meaningful slice of the product, spanning core platform, data curation and exploration layers. You will lead and grow a team of Product Managers, setting direction and driving customer outcomes.

This high-autonomy role requires shaping strategy, collaborating with Engineering, ML, Design, and Customer Success, and contributing to Encord's enterprise go-to-market motion.

Qualifications

• Experience in product management, ideally at a rapidly scaling startup.
• Experience mentoring or leading other product managers.
• Proven track record with B2B SaaS products sold to enterprise customers.
• Ability to tie product decisions to business outcomes with measurable impact.
• Self-starter who makes independent decisions and thrives in ambiguity.
• Strong customer-facing mindset and ability to translate problems into product bets.
• Excellent communication skills for internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the product roadmap across your areas, aligning with company goals and enterprise needs.
• Coach and develop Product Managers, set clear goals, provide feedback, and accelerate growth.
• Set the standard for product craft across discovery, prioritisation, specs, and cadence.
• Lead customer discovery, interviews, and demos to translate pain points into bets.
• Partner with Sales and CS to drive upsell and expansion within enterprise accounts.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Design to ship high-quality features at pace with clear tradeoffs.
• Build a high-performing product management culture as the team grows.
