Job summary

Encord is seeking a rockstar Product Marketing Manager to lead messaging for the Encord Platform across use cases, verticals, and personas. You will become the subject matter expert for the end-to-end platform and work closely with product, engineering, and sales teams.

You will own platform messaging, build compelling content for campaigns and events, and deliver customer stories that showcase the value of Encord’s data-driven AI platform.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in product marketing for enterprise software.
• Excellent writing and communications skills for succinct messaging to AI/ML engineers and executives.
• Deep understanding of Data & AI space.
• Ability to create compelling technical and business content.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with sales, growth marketing, and product teams.
• BS in Computer Science or related discipline preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own Encord messaging and platform-wide positioning.
• Amplify platform messaging across website and channels.
• Develop sales enablement with high CSAT scores for field teams.
• Create platform-specific messaging for campaigns and events to drive engagement and pipeline.
• Produce customer stories highlighting Encord platform capabilities and value.
• Refine value proposition and messaging frameworks aligned to ICPs and audiences.
• Collaborate with product & engineering to refine offerings based on feedback.
