Job summary

Roblox seeks a Senior/Principal Product Manager for Video Generation to bring the Roblox Video Model from lab to creator early access and then to a platform capability on cloud edge GPUs. You will own strategy, define controls, and work with AI researchers across engineering, safety, and economy to scale safely for millions of users.

Qualifications

• Proven experience building, shipping, or supporting generative media products at scale.
• Experience productizing research and balancing quality, latency, and cost.
• History of collaborating with engineering and other stakeholders to deliver complex technical products.

Responsibilities

• Build a vision and strategy for real-time video generation for creators and players.
• Own the launch from lab demos to scaled platform capability across cloud edge GPU infra.
• Define the creator control surface to ensure game rules and art direction aren’t overridden.
• Understand model capabilities and shape the research roadmap accordingly.
• Develop evaluation combining automated metrics with user feedback and manage cost and latency.
