Job summary

Roblox is seeking a world-class Senior Product Marketing Manager to define how we communicate the future of AI-powered creation. This high-visibility role blends technical fluency, narrative craft, and cross-functional instincts within our Foundation AI team.

Based at Roblox's San Mateo, CA headquarters on a hybrid model, you will own positioning, drive launches, and shape adoption while collaborating with product and engineering to align creator sentiment with business goals.

Qualifications

8+ years of Product Marketing experience at a high-growth technology company.
Experience with developer tools, AI products, or technical platforms.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences.
Proven ability to drive cross-functional alignment across GTM functions.
Strong storytelling ability to translate complex tech into clear narratives.

Responsibilities

Own positioning and messaging for Foundation AI products and translate tech capability into trusted narratives.
Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing to craft Go-To-Market plans.
Develop points of view on AI landscape and Roblox s differentiators for creators.
Structure launches into broader narratives and roadmaps to illustrate future direction.
Drive adoption and sustain education to turn features into habits.
