Job summary

Roblox Corporation in San Mateo, CA, seeks a Senior Product Manager for Content Sharing to shape Creation Tools and the ecosystem that powers creators and players.

You will own end-to-end strategy, lead cross-team initiatives across Creation Tools, Consumption Experience, Creator Rewards, and Platform Monetization, and mentor other PMs while partnering with Engineering, Design, Data Science, and Creator Relations to deliver compelling content experiences.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of product management experience, including creator tools or social/gaming contexts.
• Proven track record operating at senior scope, setting strategy and leading cross-org initiatives.
• Strong technical depth and collaboration with engineers on complex UIs and workflows.
• Experience shipping and scaling tools for diverse user bases and driving process improvements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with data-informed decision making.

Responsibilities

• Define and own end-to-end product strategy for Creation Tools and related content experiences.
• Lead large cross-org initiatives spanning Creation Tools, Consumption Experience, Creator Rewards, and Platform Monetization.
• Act as a senior IC, defining problem spaces, success metrics, and multi-release roadmaps.
• Mentor and elevate other PMs within the Content Sharing org and improve discovery and PRD quality.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Data Science, and Creator Relations to deliver reliable, delightful experiences for users of all skill levels.
• Represent Creation Tools in senior forums, driving alignment on tradeoffs with data-driven narratives.
