Job summary

Birdeye is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager in Palo Alto to lead the messaging system for our enterprise SaaS platform. You will craft the top-line narrative and ensure consistency across decks, pages, and analyst calls, aligning four distinct rooms: board, sales, analysts, and customers.

You’ll own the messaging architecture, drive outcome-based PMM roles, and coordinate with product, sales, and marketing to accelerate adoption and revenue. Strong writing and B2B SaaS fluency required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product marketing for B2B SaaS.
• Experience repositioning products or platforms with a clear before/after story.
• Strong writing ability with concise, impactful prose.
• Familiarity with agentic AI concepts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the messaging architecture for Birdeye across decks, pages, pitches, and analyst calls.
• Develop outcome-based PMM roles: Win AI Visibility, Book Appointments, Drive Consistent CX.
• Brief analyst narratives and category positioning; support enterprise sales.
• Partner on keynote content for Birdeye View conference.
