Job summary

CTERA, a leader in unified data fabric, seeks a Senior Product Marketing Manager in the US to drive GTM for complex IT infrastructure markets. The role blends product, sales, and field marketing, requiring hands-on content creation and partner collaboration to attract buyers and accelerate deals.

You will own messaging across IT infrastructure use cases, deliver multi‑channel assets, and work with engineers and PMMs to launch campaigns while leveraging AI tools to accelerate delivery.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of B2B product marketing experience in data management, storage, AI, or adjacent tech.
• Ability to translate complex capabilities into clear value propositions for engineers and buyers.
• Own GTM workstreams end-to-end — from positioning briefs to field-ready assets.
• Strong writing across formats: one-pagers, web copy, executive messaging.
• Hands-on with AI tools (e.g., Claude) to speed output while maintaining judgment.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and switching across multiple GTM motions.
• Experience marketing to IT infrastructure buyers (storage admins, IT ops, architects).

Responsibilities

• Lead product messaging for target IT infrastructure buyer personas.
• Drive marketing execution across IT channels, OEMs, and cloud marketplace programs.
• Produce high‑quality content at speed: briefs, battlecards, plays, web copy, videos.
• Build competitive intelligence and brief sales on positioning.
• Translate roadmaps into compelling positioning and coordinated launch plans.
• Develop sales enablement tools used by field teams and partners.
• Coordinate with content and demand gen for consistent messaging.
