DocuSign is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager for Agreement Manager to own the go-to-market strategy, positioning, and adoption within the IAM platform. You will serve as the SME on customer challenges and drive priority use cases to win and expand adoption across enterprise accounts.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product marketing experience in the B2B SaaS space.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience building and executing cross-functional go-to-market strategies and sales enablement for enterprise teams.
• Experience using data for customer insights and recommendations.
• Ability to simplify complex topics for non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end value proposition, messaging, and customer-facing narrative for Agreement Manager within the IAM platform.
• Drive cross-functional GTM launches for new capabilities and ensure alignment across Sales, Marketing, and Success.
• Provide field teams with pitch decks, demos, battlecards, and training to showcase value.
• Uncover customer usage insights and pain points to optimize the buyer journey and feed product roadmap.
• Create narratives and deliver presentations for customer conferences, partner events, and executive briefings.
