MinIO is seeking a Principal Product Marketing Manager for AIStor to own the storytelling, positioning, and market execution of our flagship data foundation for enterprise AI. You will translate AIStor capabilities into differentiated narratives and drive launch programs that accelerate pipeline, working across Engineering, Product Management, Sales, Alliances, and Communications.

You will build solutions content for AIStor use cases, own the competitive program, and enable the field with

Qualifications

Translate complex technical capabilities into clear, differentiated narratives for technical buyers and business decision makers.
Proven ability to create sales enablement content, competitive materials, and customer-facing assets.
Experience launching products and coordinating cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, Sales, Communications).

Responsibilities

Own AIStor product messaging and positioning for enterprise AI.
Develop differentiated narratives and launch programs that move pipeline.
Coordinate launches with Product Management, Engineering, Field, Sales, and Communications.
Build solutions content showing AIStor use cases like AI training data lakes and large-scale analytics.
Own competitive program: battlecards, talk tracks, teardown content.
Create and govern core AIStor content library across assets.
Enable field with battlecards, presentations, and technical briefs.
