Job summary

Gainsight is seeking a Principal Product Marketing Manager, Atlas, to own positioning and go‑to‑market for an AI-native services offering. This remote, US-based role reports to the Director of Product Marketing and acts as a senior contributor to executives on Atlas strategy, pricing, packaging, and market narrative.

You will craft narratives, write positioning documents, build decks, and shape the PMM system to scale AI-driven growth across the customer success domain.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product marketing experience in B2B tech (SaaS preferred).
• Exceptional positioning, writing, and storytelling. Make complex tech accessible to exec buyers and practitioners.
• Demonstrated 0→1 PMM experience: launched new product or created new category, with clear decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own positioning, messaging, and the Atlas category narrative end to end.
• Run primary research and win/loss analysis for the Atlas buyer.
• Build GTM motion from scratch: launch cadence, pricing input, first-call narrative, demo storyline.
