Job summary

MinIO is seeking an Editorial Strategy & Narrative Development leader to shape the company's voice across channels. You will translate technical AI/storage concepts into compelling stories and set content strategy for major moments and owned platforms.

You will own the editorial calendar, partner with web, PR, social media, product marketing, and sales to ensure on-message, on-time content that balances brand awareness with GTM acceleration, while managing agencies as needed.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in editorial and content marketing.
• Proven ability to scale content programs with measurable outcomes.
• Exceptional writer and editor who translates complex tech into narratives.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, X, YouTube; CMS and marketing tools.
• Strong knowledge of SEO and GEO best practices.
• Familiarity with AI, cloud computing, data infrastructure or storage tech.
• Good judgment, project management, and collaborative approach.
