Job description

Company Overview

Docusign brings agreements to life. Over 1.5 million customers and more than a billion people in over 180 countries use Docusign solutions to accelerate the process of doing business and simplify people’s lives. With intelligent agreement management, Docusign unleashes business-critical data that is trapped inside of documents. Until now, these were disconnected from business systems of record, costing businesses time, money, and opportunity. Using Docusign’s Intelligent Agreement Management platform, companies can create, commit, and manage agreements with solutions created by the #1 company in e-signature and contract lifecycle management (CLM).

What you'll do

As the Senior Product Marketing Manager for Agreement Manager, you will own the go-to-market strategy, positioning, and adoption for a foundational feature of Docusign's Intelligent Agreement Management (IAM) platform. Docusign Agreement Manager is an intelligent repository, powered by our AI engine, Docusign Iris. It centralizes executed agreements and automatically transforms them into searchable, actionable data. You will serve as the primary Subject Matter Expert (SME) on the challenges our customers face managing their agreements, and where Docusign delivers value. You will identify priority use cases where we have a right to win and improve the user adoption journey. As a trusted advisor, you'll provide our field teams with the insights and resources needed to close enterprise deals, overcome trust barriers, and expand adoption of our Intelligent Agreement Management (IAM) platform.

This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director, Platform Product Marketing.

  • Partner with Sales Enablement to equip global field and partner teams with the pitch decks, demos, competitive battlecards, and training required to effectively showcase Agreement Manager's value

  • Uncover actionable customer usage insights and persona pain points to optimize the buyer journey, drive feature adoption, and feed critical user feedback directly into the Product Management roadmap

  • Partner with Growth and Field Marketing to build integrated acquisition, cross-sell, and upsell campaigns targeting key industries and buying personas

  • Serve as a core subject matter expert, crafting narratives and delivering presentations for customer conferences, partner summits, and executive briefings
