Qualifications

• 7+ years of PMIS implementation experience, preferably in consulting.
• Bachelor's in Engineering, CS, Information Systems or related field; Master's is a plus.
• Certifications such as PMP or Unifier Implementation Specialist highly desirable.
• In-depth knowledge of Project Controls principles, processes, and best practices.
• Proficient with PMIS platforms such as Primavera Unifier, Kahua, eBuilder.
• Strong technical skills to configure PMIS solutions to client needs.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet defined timelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead PMIS implementation and optimization for clients.
• Act as technical lead with cross-functional teams and clients.
• Analyze client requirements focusing on Project Controls.
• Design and configure PMIS solutions including data integration, reporting, and analytics.
• Provide guidance on project controls processes, including cost, scheduling, risk, and change control.
• Conduct system assessments and gap analyses for improvements.
• Lead workshops, training, and UAT to drive adoption.
• Develop documentation, user manuals, and training materials.
• Support go-live and post-implementation support.
• Stay current with PMIS trends and technologies.
