Job summary

Luster National, Inc. seeks PMIS Configuration Consultants to configure, implement, and support PMIS across large heavy‑civil programs—including highways, bridges, transit, aviation, and water projects. You’ll build modules for budget, cost, schedule, risk, and reporting.

This future-hire role targets the San Francisco Bay area with up to 50% travel. Requires 3+ years configuring enterprise software (Unifier, P6, Kahua, Procore) and strong SQL/Python for data integration and automation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience implementing, integrating, and configuring software systems.
• Experience configuring business processes, workflows, security roles, and user access.
• Experience with APIs, authentication, and data formats like JSON/XML/CSV.
• Proficiency with SQL and Python for data automation and integration.
• Experience building data models and dashboards for program reporting.

Responsibilities

• Configure PMIS processes for budget, cost, change orders, payments, risk, and earned value.
• Configure security roles, user access, and integrations with scheduling, doc mgmt, and ERP systems.
• Configure PMIS modules for cash flow and earned value within the solution.
• Identify and correct data structure inconsistencies across controls systems.
• Develop data models to support integrated reporting across cost, schedule, and performance metrics.
• Develop project reports and dashboards aligned with client requirements.
• Automate data extraction, transformation, and reconciliation using SQL/Python.
• Reconcile data across multiple reporting systems to maintain accuracy.
• Collaborate with project controls managers, cost engineers, and schedulers.
• Support end-user training and knowledge transfer on configurations and tools.
