Qualifications

• Minimum of 12–15 years of experience in power management and ICs.
• Proven track record as a technical project lead within the last four years.
• Degree level qualification in Electronics Engineering or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle of analog and mixed-signal blocks and PMIC products from specification to silicon verification.
• Act as global technical authority and mentor engineers to ensure design excellence.
• Collaborate with customers to define system requirements and develop solutions within power and area constraints.
• Oversee verification planning, DFT strategy, and lab evaluation to ensure production readiness.
• Drive company-wide improvements in engineering methodologies and strategic initiatives.
• Support roadmap planning and align technical advice with CMOS process trends.
