Qualifications

• 12–15 years of experience in power management and leading complex IC projects within recent years.
• Degree in Electronics Engineering or related field.
• Deep knowledge of CMOS power management circuits and market trends.
• Proven ability to drive engineering initiatives and improve processes under tight schedules.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for multicultural teams and customers.
• Ability to lead independently as a technical leader while mentoring others.
• High cross-cultural sensitivity with readiness for international travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead full development lifecycle of analog and mixed-signal PMIC blocks and top-level products from spec to silicon verification.
• Act as global technical authority; provide architectural recommendations and mentorship.
• Collaborate with customers to define system requirements and develop innovative, constraint-compliant solutions.
• Oversee high-level verification planning, DFT strategy, and lab evaluation for production readiness.
• Drive company-wide engineering method improvements and strategic initiatives.
• Support roadmap planning; align technical guidance with market trends and CMOS processes.
