Job summary

Qualifications

• 12–15 years of experience in power management/PMIC design.
• Degree in Electronics Engineering or related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of CMOS power management circuits and market trends.
• Ability to drive engineering initiatives and improve processes under tight schedules.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to mentor.
• Proven capability to lead as a technical lead while fostering collaboration.
• Willingness to travel internationally on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Lead full development lifecycle of analog and mixed-signal blocks and PMIC products from specification to silicon verification.
• Act as a global technical authority and mentor engineers to ensure design excellence.
• Collaborate with customers to define system requirements and develop solutions meeting performance, area, and power constraints.
• Oversee verification planning, DFT strategy, and lab evaluation to ensure production readiness.
• Drive company-wide improvements in engineering methodologies and strategic initiatives.
• Support roadmap planning and align with evolving CMOS process technologies.
