Qualifications

• Min 12–15 years of power management experience and a track record as a technical lead on complex ICs.
• Degree in Electronics Engineering or related discipline.
• Deep knowledge of CMOS power management circuits and market trends.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to multicultural teams and customers.
• Ability to lead initiatives and mentor others while delivering under tight schedules.
• Willingness to travel internationally on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Lead full development lifecycle of analog and mixed-signal blocks and top-level PMIC products from specification to silicon verification.
• Act as a global technical authority and mentor engineers to ensure excellence across the design team.
• Collaborate with customers to define system requirements and develop solutions that meet performance, area, and power constraints.
• Oversee high-level verification planning, DFT strategy, and lab evaluation for production readiness.
• Drive company-wide improvements in engineering methodologies, policies, and strategic initiatives.
• Support roadmap planning and ensure technical advice aligns with market trends and CMOS process technologies.
