StarsHR, Inc. seeks a senior Project Manager with an active PMI PMP certification and at least five years of experience delivering enterprise technology initiatives within the Commonwealth.

You will lead the DDAP-related projects, coordinating timelines, budgets, and stakeholder input to ensure delivery of high-priority programs. You will be responsible for developing the Project Management Plan, estimating enhancements, and guiding teams through design, development, testing and implementation

Qualifications

• Active PMI PMP certification with at least five years of project management experience.

Responsabilités

• Support the Enterprise ELS PM for the ELS initiative, adhering to the schedule set with input from the DDAP area.
• Direct and manage high-priority Commonwealth technology projects and business process improvements.
• Develop estimates for enhancements and manage project planning, design, testing and implementation.
• Develop, maintain, and obtain approval for the Project Management Plan with customer representatives.
