Job summary

Padmore Global Connections LLC is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to drive medium to large enterprise projects in a fast-paced hybrid environment. You will work within the Project Management Office to coordinate IT development and infrastructure efforts.

Applicants must hold an active PMP and demonstrate success delivering programs with multiple methodologies, along with strong leadership and vendor collaboration. PMI practices and DoL guidelines are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Active PMP certification is required.
• Experience managing large programs with multiple delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, SCRUM, Kanban).
• Proven skills in business requirements gathering and process documentation.
• Full end-to-end accountability on at least two agile projects with teams >10, enterprise impact, and vendor collaboration.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate project activities per PMI and Georgia DoL methodology.
• Plan, develop schedules, and maintain timely delivery.
• Track resources, manage scope, and monitor budgets.
• Oversee communications and reporting to stakeholders.
• Ensure quality management across IT projects.
